Hi! I'm Shannon. I'm currently a Sr. Associate Design Manager at The Hershey Company in Austin, Texas. Throughout my career I've had the privilege to work on top CPG brands like Reese's, Hershey's Cookies 'n' Creme, SkinnyPop Popcorn, Pirate's Booty, Black+Decker, Stanley, and DeWalt. I specialize in packaging and point-of-sale materials from ideation and research through to prepress and printing.

I am a marketing-driven designer. My education started in marketing, so my thought process is not just about making the most creative, beautiful design, but how it affects the brand, how it will stand out on shelf, what is the most important information for the consumer, etc.

I also pride myself on being an in-house designer. Working with the entire cross functional business helps me understand the brand and business better, reduce costs, and execute the best designs possible for the product.
